Bestival has sold out five months before the event begins in one of the quickest tickets sellouts in Island festivals’ history.

Rob da Bank has announced this afternoon (Thursday April 29) that all the tickets have been sold apart from a few available via the ferry operators Wightlink and Red funnel.

A limited number special coach tickets will go on sale tomorrow (Friday April 30) available from the Bestival travel partner Southern Vectis.

This year’s Bestival boasts an impressive line-up with sets from The Prodigy, Dizzee Rascal Roxy Music, Flaming Lips and Fever Ray.

Upon announcing the sell-out, Bestival spokesman thanked everyone who bought a ticket and promised the event is going to be one of the best yet.
